Prince of Wales
Three Wood bourbon, citrus, and maraschino liqueur topped with champagne, the very cocktail that charmed a future king in Cincinnati.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dexter Three Wood
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 bar spoon Maraschino Liquor
- Champagne to top or 7-Up/Sprite
Directions
- Add ingredients except champagne into a shaker.
- Shake until fully chilled and double strain into a chilled coupe glass or a rocks glass with fresh ice and top with champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
