1862 Old Fashioned
The cocktail that started it all, traced back to Jerry Thomas's landmark 1862 bartending guide and built simply, the way it was always meant to be.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dexter Three Wood
- 13 drops 1862 Bitters or One Dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1 tsp. Simple Syrup
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
